Return & Refund Policy

At Dakoda Health, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process as outlined below.


STANDARD DELIVERY RETURNS

Products purchased through standard delivery (non-auto-ship orders) must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

How to Return a Product

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service at 1-866-787-8727 or email contact@dakodahealth.com within 30 days of purchase to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    • Returns requested after 30 days of purchase are not eligible for a refund.
  2. Ship the product back within 30 days of purchase with the RMA number clearly written on the outside of the package.

    • Packages without an RMA number will not be accepted by our shipping department.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend obtaining proof of shipment (e.g., tracking number) to ensure a smooth refund process.

  • Once we receive your returned product with a valid RMA number, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • The refund includes the full purchase price plus any shipping & processing fees.
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after receiving your return.
  • Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take one or two billing cycles to appear in your account.

AUTO-SHIP DELIVERY RETURNS (Subscription Save Membership)

We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all auto-ship (subscription) orders. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return an empty or full bottle for a full refund.

How to Cancel & Return a Subscription Product

  1. Call Customer Service at 1-866-787-8727 or email contact@dakodahealth.com to:

    • Cancel your subscription.
    • Request an RMA number for returning the product.
  2. Return the product within 30 days of purchase with the RMA number clearly written on the outside of the package.

    • Packages without an RMA number will not be accepted.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION (No Return Needed)

If you do not need to return a product and simply wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time.

  2. Email your request to contact@dakodahealth.com

Subscription cancellations will take effect immediately, and no further charges will be applied to your account.


ADDITIONAL RETURN & REFUND POLICY TERMS

  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a refund.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
  • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
    • Products returned without an RMA number.
    • Items postmarked after 30 days of purchase.
    • Products not purchased directly from Dakoda Health (third-party sellers).
